- 946.36 ml chopped cooked turkey
- 177.44 ml reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml reduced-fat sour cream (can use 1 cup mayonnaise)
- 2.46 ml paprika
- 4.92 ml seasoning salt
- 1 large celery rib, diced
- 59.14 ml chopped red bell pepper
- 59.14 ml chopped green bell pepper (or use 1/2 cup of either)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 236.59 ml chopped candied walnuts (or use pecans)
- 354.88 354.88 ml dried cranberries or 354.88 ml craisins
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
directions
- In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise with sour cream, paprika and seasoned salt.
- Add in all remaining ingredients except the pepper; toss until combined.
- Season with black pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minumum of 3 or more hours before serving.
