    Aussie mum 2_2's Note:

The same friend that gave me the yummy apricot balls recipe makes this one also. Not too rummy, adjust taste to your own liking. Can also be frozen and eaten from freezer.

A nice soft textured Rum Ball. I altered slightly by rolling in dollarmites instead of coconut. As the mixture is quite sticky I'd recommend you let it rest for about 5 minutes after mixing before you roll your balls. Having moist hands also helps the mixture roll into neat balls without leaving a sticky mess on your hands. Try to make the evening before they are required as the flavour blends much better after refrigeration time. A great standby to keep in your freezer!! I'll be making these again, next time also adding Cointreau in place of the rum. Thanks for sharing.
