- 226.79 g bow tie pasta
- 118.29 ml lemon juice
- 44.37 ml shallots, finely chopped
- 4.92 ml sugar
- 118.29 ml olive oil
- 141.74 g dried sweetened cranberries
- 354.88 ml broccoli florets, chopped
- 236.59 ml turkey strips, roasted
- 118.29 ml pecans, toasted
- 118.29 ml feta cheese, crumbled
- 78.78 ml fresh basil, thinly sliced
directions
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water.
- Drain and rinse pasta.
- While pasta boils, combine shallots and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved.
- Slowly stir in olive oil.
- In large bowl toss the rest of ingredients together.
- Chill.
