Nothing is better than SIMPLE and yet beautifully rich hot chocolate! This is the way my mum makes it, and I enjoyed this very much. Made for Comfort Cafe January 2009. Thanks for a classic recipe! This is one wonderful recipe! Really decadent and truly delcious! I made most in the microwave, the only difference to the recipe was I added marshmallows. The family loved it as a nightcap!
