  • Sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic in 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add beef and cook until no longer pink.
  • Add stewed tomatoes, olives, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  • Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Then add Worcestershire sauce, mushroom pieces and tomato soup.
  • Combine mixture with cooked spaghetti, refrigerate overnight.
  • To serve, heat in oven at 350°F for approximately 45-60 minutes, or until heated through.

  1. Very tasty! Appropriately named too, loved the addition of the green olives. I made this first thing this morning and baked it for dinner tonight.
     
  2. Loved the flavor. Would have liked it a little bit more saucy though. I did add more cheese to the top in the last 5 or 10 minutes of baking.
