Delicious all-in-one casserole dish. We really enjoyed the combination of flavors. Used the feta and fresh chopped garlic and drizzled a little extra virgin olive oil over the top rather than butter; otherwise followed this recipe as written. I made this last night. Had a tin of biscuits I bought on sale for 17 cents. This was FAR better than I expected! I didn't have frozen spinach, so took the spinach out of a can and squeezed it dry. Didn't have mushrooms, so left them out. Didn't have feta or monterey jack, so used some swiss. Used one can of biscuits in a round cake pan. And it was WONDERFUL. I think sausage and cheddar would also make a good combo. Only change I would make would be to saute garlic with the beef, instead of using garlic powder.
