This is the recipe I use, very good! I mix hash brown potatoes instead of mashed. The chunky kind. As well I add 1-2 tsp. of cloves. Adjust to taste. Very tasty! These little tarts are very good. We followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great. We were concerned with the meat mixture because it seemed a little bland at first, but when the tarts came out of the oven they had a subtle buttery flavor and was just perfect.
