i chose this recipe because it had all 3 of my family's favorite veggies. I followed the recipe exactly and it was so quick, easy and delicious! i loved that the sauce was more of a coating for the veggies rather than a thick sauce - not too overpowering and very tasty but still able to taste the vegetables unlike similar dishes that are heavily sauced. my husband and i each had 3 helpings and my 4 yr old told me she LOVED it. i wouldn't change anything about this recipe - thanks for posting!
