wow this is so yummy! Me too I'm in heaven. I used skim milk, and for the cream I used 15% fat cream. And I added the optional brandy :P I didn't have candy cane to decorate but I used a cute mug for Christmas. Thanks Marra. Made for Zaar Star Game

Wow! This is sooo good. It's almost like the hot chocolate I made as a child made with milk that came straight from the cow. The peppermint candy cane adds a lovely minty flavour to the drink. Made for November Holiday Tag.

I'm in heaven! This is a wonderfully creamy drink! I used Bailey's Irish cream in lieu of the brandy and heavy cream, and didn't have any candy canes, but I drank both servings. YUM!!!!

Oooh, this was so good! First time for using white chocolate in a drink. I used half and half for the heavy cream. Very soothing! Thanks Marra!

MMMMMMMMMMMMM......This was so good! Loved the rich creamy white-chocolate and the brandy was just the right touch. A wonderful drink to relax with after a long day of shopping and baking! Thanks Marra!

OMG this is awesome. I had never made hot chocolate with chocolate but this was so good. I followed the recipe as written but I didn't add brandy or the candy canes. I don't have brandy and the drink was made for my son and I after his Christmas concert. I don't care for candy canes, so I don't buy them so didn't use them either. Loved the taste of this and will be making more often! My son said this was the BEST hot chocolate I ever made. Thanks for the recipe MarraMamba!

WOW, Yummmmm and Oh Boy! This is something that you'd pay big money for in a ski resort or boutique bevvie shop. I did swap the brandy for a capful of white Cream De Menthe (sorry Marra). This yielded a superb cup of creamy, hot white chocolate mint that went down very easily indeed. I used glass for the pic but next time I'll use a ceramic mug because I think that it will keep the heat longer, not that it had gotten cold by the time I finished it lol. I think that small bit of vanilla is essential, be sure to use the very best pure vanilla you can get. Marra, thank you for this special treat. Made for Photo Tag.
